Meet Holly
Hello there. I’m so glad you’re here....
I’m a certified Medical Intuitive, Licensed Acupuncturist (MSOM), and mind-body practitioner with over 30 years experience in the healing arts.
Most people are drawn to a session with me when they feel stuck, lost, or frustrated by complex physical issues that don’t respond to routine care. My passion is helping you connect the dots between your physical symptoms and their mental, emotional, and spiritual root—giving you clarity, direction, and a gentle path back to wholeness.
My Journey: From Chronic Illness to Compassion
I don’t just practice this work—I live it. As a Fire Constitutional Type, I work with anxiety, adrenal fatigue, and insomnia.
Learning to work with my health across all four levels—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—transformed my life. Adrenal fatigue taught me to heal my habitual pattern of people-pleasing, while gallbladder issues revealed my internalized anger. These challenges became my greatest teachers, giving me deep compassion for the journey you are on.
Is your physical symptom rooted in a mind-body imbalance?
- Your condition is complex, difficult to diagnose, or lingering despite doing “everything right.”
- You have an inner gut feeling that your physical body is holding stagnant, intense, or draining mental and emotional patterns.
- You are ready for slow, steady, sustainable progress rather than quick fixes.
30+ Years in the Healing Arts
My path began early. Growing up with a mom who taught yoga and meditiation, I was inducted into the American Meditation Society at the age of 5 and grew up steeped in holistic medicine and intuitive awareness.
- Medical Intuitive Consultant (2017–Present): Providing deep-dive intuitive consultations to help clients pinpoint the emotional roots of disease. Featured in Wendie Colter’s book,The Essentials of Medical Intuition.
- Licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist (2008–2017): Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College with clinical internship at Heilongjiang University Hospital in Harbin, China. Worked in Kaiser Permanente’s Center for Complementary Medicine from 2010-2012.
- Bodywork & Movement Therapy (1994–2009): Physical Therapist’s Aide, Certified Massage Therapist and Iyengar Yoga Teacher specializing in healthy alignment, injury rehab and mind-body connection.
A Little Fun Stuff About Me
When I’m not in session or writing, you can usually find me:
- Walking in nature around Denver with my husband Joe and our dogs, Ciro and Fergus.
- Cozying up with British murder mysteries (Vera and Endeavour are favorites!) or historical fiction.
- Cheering on the Colorado Avalanche, doing embroidery, or enjoying a plate of delicious tacos.
